FAQ

Why is this lot being cleared?

Discontinued packaging clearance. We specialise in surplus, cancelled orders and end-of-line inventory, so lots are priced well below regular production cost.

Can I order only part of the lot?

Partial release is possible for lots above 1 pcs; smaller lots are sold complete to keep handling cost low.

How can I check the goods before paying?

We send actual photos, carton count and video of the lot. On-site inspection or third-party inspection (SGS / BV / TUV) can be arranged at buyer's cost.

What is the packing condition?

Packing is mixed carton on pallet, palletised on request for container loading. Fumigated pallets are used for wooden-packed lots.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship by sea (FCL / LCL), air and courier, and prepare all export documents from our warehouse in China.
